Picked this up as an "open box" (floor display) and except for a scuff on the top (which pretty much buffed out) it was perfect. Works like it should. The "wrinkle care" feature works well even though no steam.

Not as hot as many others

One large drawback: it does not get as hot as my previous Maytag which died after 20 years. A load including towels or heavy socks will invariably come out with some items still slightly damp. It took some experimenting to get the best settings for maximum drying. A load of throw rugs took twice through to get fully dry. Decent value for the price.

Purchased in 2021 - now 2024 still going strong.

It has worked perfectly every single time we put something to dry. Its a minimal design so it doesn't have all the latest features, but it does dry clothes, and that's all I ever wanted.
