    Takes forever to dry loads often. Actuality purchasing a new dryer today. I'll never buy this brand again. It was worth a shot.

    RUN DON'T BUY

    Caught fire one year and a month after purchasing, motor/belt is messed up no one at CS will help me because it's over warranty. They also flooded my basement during install, unplugging my sump pump and not telling me. No one will help me, send me replacement parts. THERE's NO WHERE to buy these online, go literally to any other store and don't buy best buys cheap products. I'm so close to taking them to court for all the damages in my house, had they actually offered any sort of help over last 4 months me calling in to try to get help, I wouldn't take them to court, but honestly they have left my no other option. There CS has gone down hill and products since covid, use to be a long time CS, now I'll never go back. Run and don't think twice about this brand.

    The sensor dry function (the main option) doesn’t work. The items never actually fully dry. Without you are only left with the timed dry. It drys and it’s the cheapest option so we are keeping it just disappointing.

    POOR customer Service

    I can not give a review on how I like my Washer. Bought the Washer on Aug 18,2023. It was delivered on Aug 26, But due to not being installed wrong I haven't been able to use it. When In tried, the water hoses were turned around Hot was Cold and Cold was Hot. It was Hot level so it would not spin, got off balance error, When I call to get help, I was told No one could come and fix it for 9 days. They told me to leave my phone # and the Manager would call me. No call from Manager. Had to get some one to come and install it right. If I ever get to use it, I can tell if I like it or not. But right now their customer service SUCKS!!!

    Get it dry is hot

    It's working good, using the high temperature control, it really helps eliminating wrinkles... Happy about that the only issue is it's really loud when operating.

    Motor stopped working after a year

    Just as soon as the warranty was over the motor went out. The cost to fix it costs basically as much as buying a new one. Dont buy this unless you want to buy another one a year from now!

    One Star Because Zero Isn't an Option

    Horrible dryer. Sensor settings are a joke and do not work whatsoever. It should not take multiple 80 minute cycles to dry with a BRAND new dryer. The door does not seal properly and causes condensation all inside the door and running out onto the floor in my laundry room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The first one had these same issues, Best Buy sent a replacement and picked up the other week old dryer. I will be returning ASAP, to purchase a dryer that works.

    Ive had the insigna dryer for sbout 6 mo. It takes slot longer to dry. Must run in twice for clothes to be dry. Wish i had spent more and got a whirpool or lg.

    Only 2.5 years old and broken already. Stopped heating. Even when it worked it didn't dry right, Sometimes had to run through twice. You get what you pay for. Not even going to bother to try to fix it. Not worth the money.

    ugly too rounded at front for the cost doesnt include timer to see time left to dry The sensor dry setting doesnt work all the time the lint catcher doesnt catch all of the lint

    Bought this dryer 15 months ago and it no longer will dry clothes blows cold air, of course didn’t get the extended warranty, had geek squad out said it’s the control panel and it’s not no clue what’s wrong. Do not buy this dryer or any insignia appliance!!!!! .

    Better off Hanging Clothes Outside to Dry

    After 2 years the dryer sensor will stop working. Will also just not dry your clothes unless you run them through twice for 80 minutes on the high setting. Even then you may need to run it longer.

    DON'T DO IT!

    This is the worst dryer we've ever had. Do not buy unless you want to hang everything to dry naturally. Even putting it on heavy duty, highest heat levels doesn't dry towels, blankets, even elastic waistbands in athletic shorts. Also, the "empty lint" filter comes on way too often. I clean it every time I put a new load in, and often during towels, etc. and it still comes on randomly. If this new damp everything sensor is the new thing, I want no part of it.
