"wait for your stuff and best buy will resolve it............noda just like the nop delivery ......the worst customer neglet i have experience as a consumer for 50 years .....hope you had a great holiday

Nice Dryer

Nice sale price. Arrived with a small dent. I was offered an additional $50 dollars of the price. Dryer is in the basement. My total out of pocket expense for a brand new. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this as a set and the washer does surprisingly well while this is the exact opposite. It takes forever to dry anything and it's not venting moisture well even after I bought a new tube and spent hours correcting it. Because it doesn't vent well a lot of the lint gets moist before entering the lint trap and then smears and sticks to the door so you'll have to check and potentially wipe it away. Even after it's dry sensors finally call it dry it's still kind of damp, not wet enough to develop any smells or anything but obviously not dry like it should be so you'll have to run a timed load right after. A lot of this seems like user failure but the lint traps never "dirty" it's just lightly caked in a thin layer, the barrel isn't being overloaded it's being underloaded now and it's still performing super poorly. In the end it gets the job done but you'll have to baby sit it by checking every couple hours to see if the initial dry even finished. It. I would be unsurprised if the laundry dried faster on a clothing line I've clocked one load of a throw blanket and small quilt taking 4 hours before the sensor chimed it done; which is definitely wasn't. I was surprised with how well the washer did and then disappointed with this.

It works great and it's very easy to operate. My 12 year old uses it with no issues. I really recommend it.
