use with a sound bar and it sounds pretty good. I don't see a major difference between insignia cables and rocket fish/monster that are usually twice as much. Go with these.

Got a new TV (from BB) and when my son set it up my old sound bar needed this cable. He showed me what I was going to do with it when I got it and it worked!

Budget cable perfect for the job. Connecting to Optical Audio port can be tricky. watch for the little notch on one end of the connector. Cable will snap right in.

This digital optical cord is great. I finally have a tv that hooks up to my Dolby surround sound. I didnt know how much better the sound would be. I'm amazed.

When moving components around be careful with the fiber cables the ends break very easily. That being said these are great replacement for a small amount of coin.
