I needed this cable to connect my sound bar to my tv, it was a little expensive, but works without issue. Great quality product! 4 star is only because it was a little pricey, but quality-wise it is a 5 star.

If your TV gives you the option of a optical sound connection, you should go for it. It doesn't cost much, and it really enhances the sound.

its an optical cable, it does what an optical cable should do. haven't experienced any problems with it so far, and iv had it a couple months.
