It works great with my Panasonic TV to my soundbar.

This was needed to compliment my converter box for my Sony headphones. Put everything together and it works great. I just use my basement tv for streaming Netflix while on the treadmill, and my headphones are a must!

i bought these items so that i could control my camera from my chair when playing back my videos. it gave me enough length to do what i needed done. The articles worked which implies that the quality control of the manufacturer is good.

We got a new 4k tv for Christmas and discovered that we needed a digital optical cable in order to connect it to our receiver. Thank goodness we were able to find this one at such a great price. And it's working like a charm!!!

purchased speaker for tv for mother-in-law but her tv didn't have an analog output and the speaker didn't come with the digital cable even though it has a digital input option. speaker should have both cables.

Okay. I'm an old guy. But I'm not brain-dead. My tv is picking up "over the air" signals but when I connected these cables my face about fell off my skull!! I had to pick my jaw up off the floor! A great day.

The sound bar I bought wouldn't work without this so I had to go buy it. The people at best buy were very helpful. This is why you buy stuff at the store versus online. These people know what they are talking about.

Best Buy is the best!!! Anytime I have a question, they have the answers. I had no sound in the sound bar I had and the salesman told me I needed an optical audio cable. I installed it and the sound came through immediately.

I thought I would need this cord to work with my projection screen. Well I did not need it but best buy said they would take the cord back. Still I have used these cords before and they have worked well in the past.

Walked into Best Buy not knowing what I needed or if they even carried this funny looking cable. With assistance I found the cable for the right price took it home. Very easy to install and my speakers worked again. Thank you !

This is just a cable. Some are better, some are worse. This won't be going in and out or switching around - it's going to sit there plugged in. So no idea how durable. But does it do exactly what it should? Yes.

Tried to use HDMI input from my receiver to TV, but it would not work to transmit sound for the built in apps. Then read some blogs and found that this cable does the job well. I recommend to buy this instead of trying to make the HDMI cable work.
