This worked just like it should and was a lot less expensive than the other brand. Not sure why the other brand was so expensive in the first place but I will be buying more of the Insignia Brand items.

I just purchased a 55" TV and wanted the smart feature to run through my stereo like the cable does and the TV's only audio output uses fiber optics. It's very rare that I can't find what I need in electronics at Best Buy and the 6' optical patch cord is working very well.

Works as expected. Flexible cable without feeling flimsy. The attached covers are a nice touch. A/B comparison with a metal braided, shielded optical cable and no discernible difference. Buy with confidence.

I didn't know that this product was so easy to setup on your new TV with my existing surround sound. The sound was great

I went to Walmart to get a optical cable and they were out of stock. I should have figured they would be out.I went to BB and of course they had plenty of them.The price was lower than Walmart and it works fine.

I bought this cable to connect an Insignia soundbar to a Sharp TV. The cable was easy to connect and works very well.

Hubby wanted an audio cable for our older Panasonic TV. I took a picture of the back of what was needed, cable was found, and it works perfectly. He is a very happy camper to say the least.

What is there to say here, really? It works. Don't be fooled by the overpriced options. One cable is the same as the next when it comes to digital. There's either a signal or there's not. No in between.

Bought this Digital Optical cable to connect my new 32" TV (many of which no longer have analog outputs) to a new mini sound bar. Works great! Definitely would recommend this cable.

Crystal clear sound reproduction. It works exactly like the representative stated it would. Nice clean, transfer of sound.

Not much to say about this. Glad I got it as an open box for about 5 bucks cheaper also. Connected my new smart TV to my home theater and needed the audio connection through. Worked perfectly!

Bought the most affordable cable I saw and have had no problems. Don't splurge extra cash on a fancier one unless you need more than 6' of length. This one does the job and it does it well.

The black cable has not completely taken care of the problem of the sound and picture being in sync between the TV and the Bose Surround System. It is tolerable and much better than with the recommended cable that was initially installed at the time of setup.

I purchased these digital optical audio cables to replace some old ones that were starting to have issues. Great product and very reasonably priced. Would definitely purchase other Insignia items.

At the time of purchase, I had no need for it. I could not pass on this deal of the day for $3.99. I’ve had to purchase an optical cable in the past and it was 3x the price.

Recently purchased the Insignia brand verse one of the higher dollar brand. The Insignia works equally as well. I used it for a hook up between a Sony receiver and a Sharp LED tv.

I recently purchased a Samsung sound bar from Best Buy and was recommended this audio cable for the sound bar. So far, no complaints. The audio cable has worked well and has had no malfunctions.
