works great, no issues with this optical cable. I use it to pipe sound from my TV back to my home theater because ARC kinda sucks

The item is exactly as described. It is an optical audio cable. It's very thin and does not tangle easily. I use mine to hook up the optical audio out on my Sony TV to the optical input on my Denon home theater receiver. How does optical sound? Excellent. If you have optical input/outputs on your set-up I would highly recommend using this cable.

A digital optical audio cable is the only cable that was going to work in connecting my TV to the receiver...now that I axed the cable. We're getting TV directly through the cable/coaxial, so it was apparent that using the digital optical audio cable was the best way to have TV audio sent through the receiver. Worked out great! Good product!
