Used it to connect an older flat screen tv to our hone theatre. Worked like a charm and very easy install!

This wire works just fine, but make sure to check on new tv's becuase not all have the same connection ends like this cable.

Almost every new tv has an input for it; it should be the recommended cord, and be provided in all audio devices.

It is a good cable that connects soundbars to TVs. Be sure that both the sound bar and TV have the inputs for it first.

I DON'T KNOW ENOUGH OF HOW TO JUDGE THE QUALITY BASED ON MY LIMITED USE, BUT IT WORKS. THE KIND OF CONNECTOR USED WILL BE A PAIN TO DEAL WITH FOR THOSE WITH POOR EYESIGHT OR IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS DUE TO IT'S HAVING TO PLUGGED IN EXACTLY ONE WAY. IT IS NOT A SQUARE CONNECTOR, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS. WHEN PROPERLY CONNECTED YOU WILL HEAR A DEFINATE BUT LITTLE, CLICK. THE CABLE CANNOT BE CRIMPED AT ALL EITHER OR THE FIBEROPTIC FILAMENTS INSIDE THE STRANDS INSIDE THE CABLE WILL BE BROKEN AND A LOSS OF CONNECTIVITY WILL RESULT.
