Needed this cord to run from my tv to the tuner. I don't get sound out of the tv through the tuner while watching Netflix. I still need to figure out how it works after getting the cord hooked up.

This cord was a lifesaver for me because the Bluetooth tv speaker I got my parents refused to stay linked to their tv and they were unable to enjoy it when I got it for them for Christmas.

Insignia products are perfect replacements. Bought this optical cable for a Sennheiser Ambios Sound Bar connection to an LG 75". Buy Insignia and save $. Best. g

Plugs and cable are very light and fragile hanging at right angles from the TV output panel and digital optical converter. Since the digital optical output is at a fixed level it doesn't track the onboard volume settings of the TV audio, this is a wasted purchase.

Needed to use my hdmi port for a Firestick so to reattach my speakers I used the audio port. Good product, fair price.

I'd give 5 stars beacause the TV works great, however this replaced the one that stopped working. It took the combined minds of Samsung and Best buy 3 months to replace it. So we'll have to wait and see if it coontinues to work. So far so good

It works, there's not much to say about an optical cable, even HDMI is not an option any optical cable should do the job just fine.
