Decent but not necessary

It worked perfectly and I was able stream some shows while I was on vacation. Of course I didn't realize that my MacBook (like most now) already had an HDMI port and I could have used one of those that I already had. The product worked great and probably deserves more stars but I penalized it for its lack of relevance in these days of more advanced technology.

Amazing Product

We were miss informed on the equipment needed to play the slide show that we made for the bride and groom. Thank goodness Best Buy was right down the street. We rushed to the store in our wedding attire and purchased this device. It worked amazing and we still use it to this day. I would receommend it to anyone.

HDMI Cable For Online Classes Using a MAC

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The HDMI cable does connect my MACbook Pro computer to the TV, so that I can receive and attend Bikram Yoga Virtual classes with my daughter in the WDC area, all the way to my home in Massachusetts! It is a little bit of a process, as it requires moving to an HD3 view, but it does work.

Works Good, but not what I needed

The only problem was that it wanted to force the sound to the monitor. Therefore, my iMac speakers would no longer play any sound. I think there is a way to make this work, but nothing I was willing to do. I ended up purchasing a VGA to mini DisplayPort adapter and kept it moving. However, for someone that just needs video it would be perfect.
