Decent cable to link Mac to HDMI TV display
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the cable did the job of connecting my Mac to our HDMI input on our TVs so we could watch streaming content (on out non-smart TVs). It was the cheaper option to AppleTV. I also own a Google Chromecast, but of course, you can't stream iTunes movies and some online content on Chromecast (yet). My only complaint is that when watching live streaming video such as the Rio Olympics, the cable seemed to cut out the sound. Not sure if the bandwidth of the cable isn't high enough or the cable housing is cheap. Downloaded content works fine. Until various media support both AppleTV and Chromecast, this is a good and inexpensive option to watch online content from Mac on your TV.

Easy to use

Everything Appears small and doesn't go back... not cool and still trying to figure out how to fix this.

The monitor that the person sold me did not have an HDMI port so I was not happy when I got home with my new iMac and monitor and couldn't use the other monitor.
