The person that help me with my purchase was very helpful with making the right decision . Helpful with answering questions . I feel happy with my decision. I do have a slight complaint I did returns/exchanges 3 times customer service was great. But the second time I was doing a exchange I went to see what tvs you have and the gentleman that help me was not helpful with answering question almost like he was bored helping customers. I'm sure thats not how you want any of your employers to react to customer.

It works for what it is but it is the most expensive cable I ever bought. I had no option because my daughter needed it immediately. If you can wait, but it online elsewhere. No one should ever pay this much for a cable. I will regret it forever but I had no choice.
