why spend mega bucks for a named-brand power strip when the store brand will serve the purpose - this works fantastic for my needs of protecting an iMac and a printer; all at a substantially reduced price from the major name brand

I loved this so much that I went out and bought another one - this one was for someone else and now I discovered I needed one so back to best buy I go for another quality purchase at a great price!

If you're spending a lot of money on tech (and who isn't), it's worth spending a bit more on a quality surge protector.

Very handy simple by a durable power strip. Good quality power cord and no overheating noticed during use. The power strip mounts easily in position and maintains a good position to accept plugs.

I wish it was a little longer although it's just right for what I need now.

Bought 2 for 2 laptops I use. Just seemed like a good idea to protect them especially during electrical storms or ice storms. They came with a paper insert stating to not use them unless there was 20' of line between the plug and service panel. HUH? Never heard of anything like this. I have a house built in the 70's and the outlet I would be using would be within 20' of the circuit breaker panel for the house. Contacted by email but told it would take 48 hrs for a response. Hm. So contacted by phone and talked to a very rude individual. Wanted name, address, email address, etc and I would not give to simply get verification of this notification. He even talked over me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he never did put him on the line. I asked to talk to tech support and he said he was that. Then said he could not answer my question as he was not an electrician. I just wanted clarification of the info that they supplied. I was beyond aggravated. Called my Best Buy and they answered it well enough for me to be comfortable using. I recommend the surge suppressor but don't bother with any support online. Go directly to Best Buy. They really are the Best!

its a power strip. it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have had no issues with it. Great product for the price, no point in spending twice as much for a name brand when this works great.

This power strip works great. I use it to power my MSI Laptop, and UMC404HD. I would purchase it again. build quality is nice and the black color is cool. The surge protector makes me comfortable, and it is wall mountable.

A very basic and clean surge protector. The only downside to this is the orientation of the plugs. If you've got an oversized plug, you're going to lose a few outlets to use. The cord is of an acceptable length, very hardy and doesn't not kink. One of the main reasons I purchased this surge protector was for it's size dimensions. I needed a surge protector to fit in a cord hiding box and it fits in it just nicely. Build quality is excellent and solid. I have't had any issues with my electronics being plugged into this surge protector. The light indicator isn't overbearing and does its job. If you need a simple surge protector this is the one.

Simple but work, nice, beautiful and cheaper, heavy duty

Top outlet doesnt work so purchased this item to use bottom outlet with multiple devices and works no issues.

sleek, blends well with furniture, does it's job. i bought a bunch of these to replace the ones that failed to protect my tv during a storm. i have been using them for over a year and have no complaints.
