Q: Does it have a flat head or standard kind on the prongs, see attached pictures....
A: The prongs do not have a flat head - standard straight.
A: Yes. It says you will list it at the bottom of the box with the one-year limited warranty.

A: This is like a $10 power strip. If you’re looking for something that has noise filtering you’re in the wrong area. This is a basic strip. And no, your TV won’t be affected much at all, because I’m assuming you will be using this to stream on, at most, a 4k UHD from (hopefully) Best Buy. To get true 4k content, or better yet, 8k, you’ll have to pair your TV with content and a player that can give you such clarity. Even then, this strip will work fine and you probably wouldn’t notice a difference. Hope that helps!
Q: can you mount it to the wall?
A: Yes, there are 2 indentations on the bottom of it that you can use to hang it on 1 or 2 nails (depending on how sturdy you need it)
Q: Is the BLACK colored unit a surge protector or only a power strip?
A: It is a Power strip with 600 Joule surge protection. If your looking for Surge protection select one for product your plugging into it with. The higher the Joule rating the better the protection and the higher the cost.

A: I keep it on continuously.
