“Why do the GRAY and the WHITE version specs say they have "EMI/RFI noise filtering" but this BLACK one does not? And is that important if I want to plug my TV into it?”

This is like a $10 power strip. If you’re looking for something that has noise filtering you’re in the wrong area. This is a basic strip. And no, your TV won’t be affected much at all, because I’m assuming you will be using this to stream on, at most, a 4k UHD from (hopefully) Best Buy. To get true 4k content, or better yet, 8k, you’ll have to pair your TV with content and a player that can give you such clarity. Even then, this strip will work fine and you probably wouldn’t notice a difference. Hope that helps!
