Q: QuestionWhy do the GRAY and the WHITE version specs say they have "EMI/RFI noise filtering" but this BLACK one does not? And is that important if I want to plug my TV into it?

• A:Answer This is like a $10 power strip. If you’re looking for something that has noise filtering you’re in the wrong area. This is a basic strip. And no, your TV won’t be affected much at all, because I’m assuming you will be using this to stream on, at most, a 4k UHD from (hopefully) Best Buy. To get true 4k content, or better yet, 8k, you’ll have to pair your TV with content and a player that can give you such clarity. Even then, this strip will work fine and you probably wouldn’t notice a difference. Hope that helps!

• A:Answer Having a surge protector is better than nothing. From experience having a loss of TV, stereo, microwave etc. do to storm and loss of electricity cost $$$. All were fried. If you are spending $$$ it is best to have it protected as I do now. I don't worry when there is power outages. I can't answer your question for I am not expert in the field. As I have found most stores are not stocked or inventory updated but you can be sure even spending a little more to have the item quickly with great customer service!
