Supposed to shred 6 sheets of paper, ran one heavier bond, one at a time. All i received was ribbon shred not cross cut. Additionally, watch the ‘Best’ Buy return policy. A membership only extends the return policy past 15 days if you pay for the privilege, not the free membership. Doubly disappointed.

Stopped working with no indication it overheated — and then would not restart. Worked great before it broke and would be a great value if it continued to operate.

Papers get stuck, now it smells like its burning up. The over heat light has not come on, i give it a break anyhow.

It chewed the paper, jammed, and leaked oil which made the whole situation worse. Returned it and the whole return process took over 30 days. Buy a different one - seriously.
