It's supposed to crosscut, shred, and cut up credit cards. But instead it only shred one direction and it constantly has to be cleaned because the paper gets caught in the cutting roller . It struggles to even shred on paper at a time. Worst purchase ever!

Shredder DIED a premature death

I only use it occasionally for cancelled checks and credit card statements. Went to use it this month and it doesn’t turn on. Wish it would have stopped working the last time I used it as it was still under warranty then.

The red light came on which means its overheated, so I turned it off & unplugged it. It hasn't worked since yesterday. The worst part is I had less than 6 sheets in the shredder.

The first time I used it, 4 sheets of copy paper jammed up both ends of the shredder and it hasn't worked well since. I do not recommend this product.

Stopped working after 10 minutes!

I didn't exceed the page limit, or shred any credit cards, or anything with staples etc. Stopped working after 10 minutes. The "teeth" stopped turning and won't shred any paper. Returning immediately and will buy a better quality item that will hopefully work!

You're supposed to only shred at most 6 pages at a time. I shredded at most 4 pages at a time. The sensor doesn't work anymore and the slide button also broke off. This shredder was cheap price wise and quality wise. I broke on the first day.
