Never inserted more than 4 sheets at a time and it got jammed. I have tried for over an hour to fix it but cannot remove all the jammed pieces of paper. So, at this time it is unusable and I have no idea if I can return it. It is not even 2 months old. I no longer have its packaging.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend I don’t recommend…it lasted one month

I have shredder strictly paper no more than 20 times with this shredder. I didn’t do any heavy shredding from 04/30/2022 (when I purchased it and picked it up from the store) to 05/20/2022 (when it stopped shredding entirely). I shredded at most 3 sheets of paper on two different occasions, the shredder says it can handle 6 sheets. I don’t recommend. I will be looking to purchase a new shredder unfortunately.

This shredder said 6-sheets.....wouldn't even shred 4.....really struggled and then some internal part jammed up right in the middle so while it would still shred the paper was blocked from entering the cutters.

Even within the warranty bestbuy didn't even see the issue with their own "Insignia" brand. Worst customer experience in store.
