It's not something to handle heavy duty jobs, but it works well for small personal use jobs. I have had zero problems with it and I have been following the instructions by not putting sticky residue from letters and such in it. I haven't tested out the credit card shredding yet. But all in all a goodbye for what I got it for. You will have to empty it out quite a bit because it is a small basket, but as long as you take care of it, it seems like it'll last

My Shreeder
