This particular model is very nice looking and is definitely a good choice for home or office, I use mine at home to shred any old mail and unwanted credit cards. It did not come with any lubricant for the blades but still works great. I used it pretty heavily over the holidays and haven’t had any issues with it. It does have an indicator for whenever it over heats but I haven’t come across that at all.
