I returned a previous, less capable model that didn't crosscut shred like this one does. It was so smooth & fun, I looked for more things to shred when I was finished with sensitive documents.

I really like the overheat indicator light. I shredded 7 baskets straight before it got hot. I would recommend lining the can (receptacle) with plastic grocery bags for ease of emptying

I suggest no more than 4 or 5 pages at a time. The shredder is about the size of a small waste bin and does not take up a lot of space. I recommend for light users who just want to occasionally destroy the evidence.
