Aftwr r3ading the manufacturers direction for proper use we have not had any issues with it and have been able to safely dispose of documents securely.

Easy to set up and working well. It is slower than the previous shredder but works well. I like the handle on the top to lift it off the base.

It handled it well. It does the job that i bought it to do. I got it for a great price. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't had it that long, so I don't know how it will stand up over time.
