Only takes a few sheets at a time but certainly adequate for the price. Good for home use. Do not believe it does plastic credit cards - but there are still scissors.

It's not super loud and it does plastic cards. Not bad for the price. And I didn't even think I really needed a shredder. I shred everything now.

She was very satisfied. It cut paper and credit card like butter. Not bad for the price on Black Friday.

It is advisable to use it for 3 mins then rest for 5 mins before you can use it again. Do not use longer than continuous 10 mins because it might over heat. The shredder that I have over heated and luckily after few days of not using it it worked just fine.

I had one issue with a thick/heavy expired credit card that got stuck. It took a while to pry it out and I think it damaged the auto function. However, it still works on the forward and reverse functions so that's fine. (I turn it off and unplug it when not in use anyway.)
