When you don't shred a lot!

It is a little slow compared to my old one, but I assume that's because this one is a crosscut shredder instead of just a vertical cut.

Does slow down quite a bit if you try to shred 4 or more pages at once even though it says it can do 6. I don't have any issues with the way it functions. Very pleased with it.

Shredder ok, not great

I guess it depends on the type of paper being shredded. But I shred 20lb paper, nothing special. One positive is that it is relatively quiet.
