Its a little loud, but its only on for a few minutes. Best Buy puts this item on sale regularly, so get it when in its on sale.

Store brand is ok because it’s gonna be ran through the paces. Don’t hesitate just buy it. Cross cut is pretty standard. Tip black out with marker any personal info before shredding.

Wish I could shred more papers than just 6 sheets, but I’m enjoying the product otherwise. Oh and I could carry the the shredded by its handle from room to room.

I do wish they came in bigger sizes for those with a home business. Still better than nothing of course!

Sometimes the paper gets stuck and if the Auto switch isn't exactly in position, the shredder doesn't go on. For the price it's adequate for home use.
