A good device once you figure out how to use it.

However, the instructions that came with it were not very good and at first I could not figure out how to use it. I had to take the two computers and the cable to Geek Squad to have them show me how to use it. At first, they were not sure either. However, after careful trial and error by them as well as myself, we finally figured it out. I am using the cable now to a very good advantage to copy or transfer things from one computer to another computer. The product itself is very good, but better documentation should be included in with the product. I was also able to find an owners manual for it online while I was looking for something else that is totally different.
