    Previously had a decent experience with several items and "tech support" purchased. Bought a new laptop and were told that the "tech support" would handle the transfer of my wife's apps, etc from previous laptop to the new one quickly and easily. When the new one came in some days later and we presented them to have this done, the story changed dramatically. A rather brusque employee told her that they had to be "sent off" to accomplish the transfer and it would take several days and require another trip back to the store to retrieve them. My wife then had to purchase this item and take the time (she is 72 and it was slow going for her) to handle the transfer. Extremely disappointed in being mislead and mistreated by Best Buy.

    I returned this product after a few days. Requires much manual intervention for one who has only a fundamental level of technical knowledge. It maybe more useful to the skilled.
