There is NOTHING that works with this cable from the first step,to the second step where you are supposed to click on SmartDataLink.exe. When I do this the logo for MacKMLink software appears which is supposed to connect to a Mac but I never clicked on that app and I am connecting to a Windows 10. At 1 point it did show the + Connected sign for the first computer,but nothing for the 2nd computer. I cannot transfer files and when I press Alt+S, I cannot see the other computer and i message comes up that ALT+S is meant to switch the mouse between the 2 computers and type on the other computer. I know that but nothing happens. I drove 140 miles to pick it up and bring it home to find out it is TRASH.
