Got the cable and the bag was stuffed inside, a usb c adapter was in a separate baggie (not insignia) and the cable loosely wrapped up and stuffed in the box. I paid the full proce $29.99 for something that should have been half off. I understand it is a cable, but it is a returned and open box and charging full price for a class B item is just wrong.

The software won't load and the troubleshooting message says it's not compatible with my operating system (Win 10 &11) even though the box says it is compatible. Save your money and find another way to transfer your data.

This only allows a transfer up to a certain amount of data so I still have quite a bit of files to transfer. *Would only recommend if you have a small amount to transfer.
