It's for Christmas

We did have to wait about 30 mins curbside pickup but the guy was all by himself carrying a 65 inch TV and laptop. He said he was back there finding a good box that wasn't damaged? Not sure how true that is but if it is true than I appreciate the effort and I'm grateful for that. Still haven't opened it's for Christmas.

Bad Remote- Bad Service

I reached out before the 1 year warranty and they only offered suggestions even though I had told them we tried them. I emailed them continuous times and they said they only received the original email. So now after following up again, the item is out of warranty and they are saying that we should just buy a new remote. This should be something they cover as I had emailed them way before the 1 year timeframe but they did nothing to help. All they ever do was offer more suggestions and now we’ve gone through many batteries out of our own pocket.
