Bad Remote- Bad Service

I reached out before the 1 year warranty and they only offered suggestions even though I had told them we tried them. I emailed them continuous times and they said they only received the original email. So now after following up again, the item is out of warranty and they are saying that we should just buy a new remote. This should be something they cover as I had emailed them way before the 1 year timeframe but they did nothing to help. All they ever do was offer more suggestions and now we’ve gone through many batteries out of our own pocket.

The tvs quality is great, picture is great, however the life of the product can vary. This brand is sensitive to power surge. Other than that great as always.

I had to change Apt and return for sound to come back on, If this continue may consider returning this TV. But the picture quality is great.

Need Older Connections

It might be the connection to the towers for the broadcoast. This is the only complaint I have on this TV. I was looking for something with RCA cables so this was a good fit.

I have trouble giving a 5 star after such a short time of owning. It did randomly disconnect from the home network, but once reconnected it has not disconnected.
