    Do Not Buy!!!!! Wifi will not stay connected. The picture is good, the interface is nice, but I can not for the life of me keep it connected to wifi. Every day is something different. If I can get thru one program without dropping the wifi is a good day. I had best buy come out on warranty and look at it, but it happened to be working for the 15 minutes the tech was at my house. None of my other devices have issues with my wifi, just this shi__y tv. I want my money back! Not just some tech guy coming out and saying tuff luck, nothing he can do..

    Its not comparable to my LG CX 55 but its a decent tv. Processor is decent and cant complain about the video quality. Overall, good for the price.

    Decent tv for the price and picture quality is great. Had issues with tv speakers cutting out recently but other than that its worth the price.

    I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of a 65” Insignia. I am more dissatisfied with the service that I received from the managers in the store. John is one of the managers as well as Mike Zullo.John was leaving for vacation and wasn’t going to be in the store. He told me to follow up with Mike and I did. I got nowhere already had an appointment with the Geek squad on 10.4.23. I only owned the TV for two months and it took three weeks for them to come out. They replaced all of the guts and the TV everything and now today. issues again and still not working and back to square one all the managers repeated was “you’re not a paying membership“ this TV along with two other TVs two laptops as well as a Bella pro coffee maker, I’ve purchased in the past two years I was told by John again to follow up with Mike to get an RA number and he gave me a SKU of the ROKO he recommended. I waited patiently though for the Geek squad to come out to my home on 10.4.23 was without a TV for a month and a half. I originally purchased this TV on July 10 2023 now it’s October 19, 2023 and having the same exact issues but everything was replaced inside. It loses connection it’s blurry. The 4K does very intermittent, if that.it is very frustrating the Internet works for everything in my home except this tv and shows 4 bars in and out everything else in my home Internet works perfectly fine with everybody else’s phones my TVs my laptops, my tablets, everything works except for this TV , no more parts to be replaced. There should be an exchange amount so I can get a TV that actually works very dissatisfied. Customer and cannot believe management what poor management service I received as being a manager myself I cannot believe the way the entire situation was handled. Mike said he was too busy with other escalations in the store when I spoke to him and the only way I was able to get through to him was through the Geek squad which he said was the incorrect way to get through to a manager there is no other way to get through to a manager when you call the store. again, very dissatisfied and unhappy customer I will take my business elsewhere. I suppose at this point I am going into the store tomorrow so I can now get an exchange as everything has been replaced inside the TV. Everything still doesn’t work. It’s a 65 inch Insignia. Just garbage after only few months.
