Very Buggy

The screen is fine. The brightness is fine.
The OS is garbage. I lose apps from the main menu bar randomly. Sometimes it will let me put them back in right away, other times you put them in and they still don't show on your main menu until you reboot.
It will lost network connectivity and then your entire menu will be gone except for a couple items to include the settings button. Network in the house is fine. The only fix for this is unplugging the tv and rebooting it.
It is getting "buggier" all the time. It is completely updated (as this is done automatically). So, the OS is just clearly flaky or somehow this is a defective TV. I'm calling Best Buy tomorrow (again) about it. Not sure if I've had this too long now for them to return it. I reported issues immediately, they said to keep an eye on it and call back if it was still an issue. So, I'll do that. I only paid $350 for this + tax about 6 weeks ago. I see it is now back up to $500. Glad I didn't pay that for this.
I hope others aren't having OS issues. If you are, then it is likely a systematic issue. They pump these things out with very little quality control testing these days. Very unfortunate for the consumer.

I bought one tv and and shortly after the screen went bad... so I returned it. I received another one under warranty. In a little over a year... this one had also gone bad. Im glad i purchased an extended warranty. Hopefully, this one will last longer!

Picture shows pretty well, but this TV has a big flaw purchased a surroundsound system with the TV. The surroundsound Kept cutting in and out I’ve tried it with all the connection options. The sound still cut in and out so I purchased a different surroundsound system different brand better quality and it still cuts in and out so it’s the TV that sucks

Not as easy to use compared to the Roku for elderly individuals. I've come to the conclusion Firetv is a bit more complicated. Picture quality is good sound is ok.

The stars lied. I bought this tv thinking it was such a good price. It was well worth the purchase, but it was a scam. I’ve only had this TV for months so it’s out of the window for replacement, but this thing is total garbage. It’s glitchy, works worse than any other television in our house is a $400 piece of trash. Don’t do it.

This was a great TV for 14 months, but now, just outside the manufacturer warranty it will no longer turn on. There was no power surge or any damage done to the TV.
