The first week the volume kept glitching and the control would get stuck in either max up or down until it was maxed. Make sure you get the extra warranty

“Open box” missing all items

Yall, I bought this open box and it came ghetto wrapped in plastic without a box. I asked if all the parts were included before they loaded it up to be safe, because I live 20 mins away and knew it would be a struggle to carry this by myself. I am fuming. I got this inside just to find out it has no REMOTE, LEGS, or **CORD**. That’s not a freaking “open box”, that’s useless. Not only is it unacceptable that they don’t list the condition of the item, but also that the employee didn’t verify when I asked at pickup. I work night shift so it obviously no one is conveniently available to fix the issue. I’m so upset that I now have to figure out how to load this tv back up and drive all the way there again when I was already rushing around to get the house ready for a visitor tomorrow afternoon. Such a waste of time and energy and an entirely unacceptable custom experience.

The tv shows ok so far. But the service part was out of line. While in my apartment I asked if they could bring it down stairs. “He didn’t say no but what he said was how about i take a picture of it say it’s delivered.” I’m just done.

Even for the price, it looks pretty bad

I probably should have just spent a little more for a better brand. The 5 star reviews, real or not, convinced me to give it a try. The picture is pretty bad - washed out and dim. The fire tv interface isn't bad, but it's fairly buggy and displays spammy shopping ads above the app menu which i dont like. Not sure if it's worth the hassle to take it down from the mount to return, so I may just deal with it until it breaks. Buying this was a mistake, but one I can live with for the price.

Decent TV for and LED but...experienced motion stutter and after a month, when attempting to raise the volume it would continue by itself until maximum volume was reached.
I returned it and will try another Insignia F50 QLED model.

It’s a fine TV, but sadly, it is not fully compatible with Alexa. Specifically Home Theater speaker group. I have had other voice command issues that I wonder ir are part of the incompatibility. This makes no sense.

Definitely not a TV that offers a lot of options. Wish I would have spent a little bit more on a TV. For the price I paid, not bad TV.

Very dark screen. Turning the brightness up washes out all the blacks. I returned it for a QLED panel, much better color and brightness

Price point is great but the picture quality is sub par at best. Also, many shows and movies, when the screen is darker, the picture will wave. At first we thought it was part of the show but it’s happened on over 5 movies/shows. This is definitely a defect. I would not recommend this tv.

I had this TV less than a year, and the picture continuously goes out. Geek Squad came out and offered minimal support, and the problem continued. Take the money you’d spend on a warranty and just buy a quality brand instead.
