$400 piece of trash
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stars lied. I bought this tv thinking it was such a good price. It was well worth the purchase, but it was a scam. I’ve only had this TV for months so it’s out of the window for replacement, but this thing is total garbage. It’s glitchy, works worse than any other television in our house is a $400 piece of trash. Don’t do it.

Great until it stopped turning on
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a great TV for 14 months, but now, just outside the manufacturer warranty it will no longer turn on. There was no power surge or any damage done to the TV.

Short Life Span!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bout this TV in May 2024 and it just stopped working, went black and powered off and cannot turn it back on 1 1/2 years later. So, a TV that was $500 should last much longer than one and a half years. Very disappointed!!! and no warning signs that something was about to break. It was jusyt working one minute and not the next.

Mysterious TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first week the volume kept glitching and the control would get stuck in either max up or down until it was maxed. Make sure you get the extra warranty

Done
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv shows ok so far. But the service part was out of line. While in my apartment I asked if they could bring it down stairs. “He didn’t say no but what he said was how about i take a picture of it say it’s delivered.” I’m just done.

Bugs
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent TV for and LED but...experienced motion stutter and after a month, when attempting to raise the volume it would continue by itself until maximum volume was reached. I returned it and will try another Insignia F50 QLED model.

Even for the price, it looks pretty bad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I probably should have just spent a little more for a better brand. The 5 star reviews, real or not, convinced me to give it a try. The picture is pretty bad - washed out and dim. The fire tv interface isn't bad, but it's fairly buggy and displays spammy shopping ads above the app menu which i dont like. Not sure if it's worth the hassle to take it down from the mount to return, so I may just deal with it until it breaks. Buying this was a mistake, but one I can live with for the price.

Not fully compatible with Alexa
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a fine TV, but sadly, it is not fully compatible with Alexa. Specifically Home Theater speaker group. I have had other voice command issues that I wonder ir are part of the incompatibility. This makes no sense.

“Open box” missing all items
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yall, I bought this open box and it came ghetto wrapped in plastic without a box. I asked if all the parts were included before they loaded it up to be safe, because I live 20 mins away and knew it would be a struggle to carry this by myself. I am fuming. I got this inside just to find out it has no REMOTE, LEGS, or **CORD**. That’s not a freaking “open box”, that’s useless. Not only is it unacceptable that they don’t list the condition of the item, but also that the employee didn’t verify when I asked at pickup. I work night shift so it obviously no one is conveniently available to fix the issue. I’m so upset that I now have to figure out how to load this tv back up and drive all the way there again when I was already rushing around to get the house ready for a visitor tomorrow afternoon. Such a waste of time and energy and an entirely unacceptable custom experience.
