    I purchased an insignia TV last year for my daughter and we had to return it because of the video issues. I was told I had to exchange it for another so I got another TV and now this TV is also having video issues! :-(

    I purchased 4 Insignia TVs in July. In less than 3 months I have had to call 3 times. The picture stops, the audio stops, and has to be reset physically to work again for 15-20 minutes. PLUS they won't replace it even though I only purchased it 90 days ago and have used it about 8 times. I also was told I would get a call back within 96 hours (4 days) since there are no repair appointments available at this time.

    This brand is hit or miss . Just grabbed a 55 inch and it was defective . Then I bought a 65 inch and it looks great but after 6 months there is white edges on screen . Now need to return that. I don’t recommend this brand but you get what you pay for .

    bought this tv right after Black Friday and it would randomly lose internet connection. watching football game and it froze, we thought it was just buffering then it kicked us out of the game and went back to Home Screen to start over. Started doing this in any app we used several times a day. Tried everything the chat support suggested with no luck, went ahead and returned while in my 30 day window.

    Poor picture quality and issues with apps

    First things first...the picture quality was nowhere close to what I saw on the floor model at Best Buy. The picture is grainy and dull. Quite disappointing. After getting it all set up, I had issues with apps loading. I started timing them from the second I would click on an app...YouTube TV took 3 minutes and 20 seconds to load. Other apps that I use frequently took over 2 minutes every time I clicked on them. That was a deal breaker...I returned the TV the next day.

    Only 2 hdmi inputs; utterly pathetic!

    The titlte says it all. Googd luck setting up your soundbar and PS5 console, because it ain't happening. Limited to only 2 hdmi connections (1 input & 1 output) you'll certainlg struggle setting up your entertainment center. Good luck!

    After only a couple weeks, the TV intermittently will "crash" and reset itself. I don't think I will buy one of these again. I would return it, but it started malfunctioning 2 days past Best Buy's return policy.

    Had the tv for a week and no matter what settings i tried the picture/color was always off. And then after a few days the speakers began sounding like they blew. Ended up returning and paying a little more for a samsung which has been perfect out of the box

    I purchased the TV on June 9th. On August 8th, vertical lines showed up all of the sudden. Long story short, don't make the same big mistake I did thinking this TV would be decent for the price. I learned my lesson. I hope this review is helpful.

    Worst TV I have ever had. I have had nothing but issues since purchasing. It doesn't connect to the wifi wirelessly. The picture warps and distorts while watching shows and movies. The audio is inconsistent and we are constantly having to turn the tv up and down while watching one individual show. Don't waste your money on this Amazon crap. Buy a roku.

    After trying a Fire TV, I went back to Roku!

    I've used Insignia TVs before and liked them. However, this one is no good. I had a lot of audio issues with it. Two different soundbars were not compatible with it and when I used just the TV speakers, the sound would still become thin and distorted. I returned it for a Roku TV and immediately noticed the difference. From now on, I'll stick with Roku TVs.
