It's just okay. Live TV can be blurry and sometimes the Firestick doesn't feel like working. I ended up buying a Roku device to replace the Firestick. I regret this purchase.

it’s already stopped working. This television was for my dad something simple to use. It worked for about two weeks and then quit and it started to work about two weeks ago and then it quit again.

Bought this TV from Selinsgrove Best Buy 2 months ago and I already have a technician coming to look at it because the screen gets all snowy and you can't even watch it. The store wont even back a product after selling it even though its only 2 months old.

The technicians came to my house, ripped the support off the wall, and never looked at the problem that had the television and was gone!!! When trying to reschedule the visit, tell me that this is out of warranty! It's absurd, the whole problem was reported before the warranty expired!!!

not even a month after buying the TV it was glitch really bad and crash out we’d have to unplug it and then turn it back on in order for it to work. the company gave us a new one even though it was after my return date so A plus for customer service but product itself isn’t the best

The TV works fine a one star due to the staff & all of Best Buy Tukwila. They were trash, illiterate & ill-mannered. Asked a lot of stupid questions and were weak little men who could not lift a tv up. They also dropped my box & almost withheld it from me although i paid in full

There’s no way to change the aspect ratio

You have a 65 inch screen until you want to watch a movie, then you have a 55 inch screen because there is no way to change the aspect ratio. You can’t zoom the screen in like every other tv in the world, it’s junk. The tv I had in 2006 could change the aspect ratio, so I’m not entirely sure why insignia decided that it wasn’t important. Complete waste of $300, buns.

Buy a different brand! This tv has an hdmi port issue. When you turn it on it is a blank screen. Only way to get it to work is to unplug it for 60 sec then plug it back in. Just an awful purchase. In researching this it is a very common isssue. I don’t know how it is legal to continue to sell tvs that are knowingly flawed!

Discoloration on 2 different TVs

The first one I bought had a lot of discoloration in the bottom right section of the screen. I exchanged for another unit and the 2nd unit was worse than the first with the discoloration spanning across the entire bottom of the screen. One of the reps said it is a common issue with this brand. I ended up returning it and buying elsewhere.

Was supposed to be open box excellent condition but Received not in box ,no power cord , no remote, no stands, no nothing just a screen… after finally getting all of the pieces now when you turn off the tv the sound keeps playing so u have to get up and plug it to turn it completely off. Not good. I have a 55 inch same brand I bought a few weeks ago and it’s great I guess this one just missed the quality check
