    Tv is not compatible with DirecTV and that's a bummer because I have to put it in the living room not on the dish receiver cuz it doesn't work no good

    The quality of this television wasn't what I expected. The picture quality is not all that great and not vivid enough. You get what you pay for.

    Buy a different brand! This tv has an hdmi port issue. When you turn it on it is a blank screen. Only way to get it to work is to unplug it for 60 sec then plug it back in. Just an awful purchase. In researching this it is a very common isssue. I don’t know how it is legal to continue to sell tvs that are knowingly flawed!

    There’s no way to change the aspect ratio

    You have a 65 inch screen until you want to watch a movie, then you have a 55 inch screen because there is no way to change the aspect ratio. You can’t zoom the screen in like every other tv in the world, it’s junk. The tv I had in 2006 could change the aspect ratio, so I’m not entirely sure why insignia decided that it wasn’t important. Complete waste of $300, buns.

    It's an okay TV for the Price..

    I bought six Insignia TVs. The TVs get stuck or glitch a lot. The sound bar will just cut off. I mean the TV isn't the Best; but it will work for the time.

    Discoloration on 2 different TVs

    The first one I bought had a lot of discoloration in the bottom right section of the screen. I exchanged for another unit and the 2nd unit was worse than the first with the discoloration spanning across the entire bottom of the screen. One of the reps said it is a common issue with this brand. I ended up returning it and buying elsewhere.

    Was supposed to be open box excellent condition but Received not in box ,no power cord , no remote, no stands, no nothing just a screen… after finally getting all of the pieces now when you turn off the tv the sound keeps playing so u have to get up and plug it to turn it completely off. Not good. I have a 55 inch same brand I bought a few weeks ago and it’s great I guess this one just missed the quality check

    The TV screen glitches constantly had to have it replaced the day after purchase. Took the geek squad over a week and a half to put me on the schedule to replace it

    Purchased 3 televisions only to get home and have one of them old, dusty, the wrong size and a different brand. I had to rent another truck the next day to come back and return it.

    I purchased 2 Insignia TVs years ago with excellent performance. Now I purchased my 3rd Insignia TV, but this time it came with too much software from FireTV/Amazon - the application pulls almost all actions and blocks my TV AVR and Apple TV box. It's a nightmare! I want to return the unit.
