I Am very happy with it. if your looking for a low price flat screen t.v. I think you would have a hard time beating the Insignia

No option on this TV to get rid of the letterbox

I tried every setting it told me to try and couldnt get rid of it. I took it into the geek squad and they couldnt fix it. I then called insignia and they said the letterboxing and aspect ratio had nothing to do with their brand. They said to call prime. But orher than that this TV is amazing if you can stand the black bars ehen watchinf movies. Picture is great, love the fire TV set up, and sound was good for a thin TV.
