TV with a glitch

The picture was great but the TV never worked correctly. It would freeze every 10 minutes. So I called to return it but it was past there ridiculous 15 day return policy but it was still under manufactory warranty so they sent the geek squad over to fix it he was great and requested that they replace it with a new one and said I would hear from them in about a couple hours but it's the next day and they have not contacted me.

My only complaint is that I have been a member since 2020 and they never mentioned free installation which membership includes. Should have that info somewhere purchase app.
