Insignia 65 inch

Best Buy did a great job of guiding me in this purchase. With their support I was able to choose my new TV that was in my budget and had a great picture. Thank you very much Best Buy!

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV itself works fine. Now the salesperson that let me buy the TV not so much. He lead me to believe that the TV would do something that it won’t do which was a big part of what I was looking for in the first place. My father is hard if hearing so I needed to buy a TV that would accommodate him using headphones while I could watch and listen to the TV speakers. The salesman said this TV would do that. After the fact this TV will NOT do that. Using headphones on this TV will override the TV speakers and they will not work both using direct connection or Bluetooth.

Complete disappointment!

I purchased this 64 inch flatscreen three weeks ago in preparation to move into a new home. What I did not realize was the 15 day return policy. Apparently, when the product is purchased and is found to be damaged and non-functioning, the only thing that really matters is whether or not you found this damage and return the product sooner than 15 days or later. I thought I was being professional in easing product for the new house. We are moved into and never considered a 15 day return policy. Bottom line, I certainly did not want to purchase this flatscreen TV. I don’t believe Best Buy acted in good faith and I have no intention of doing business with this organization in the future.
