I have owned this dryer for less than one week. So far, it has dried the clothing in the preset amounts of time. There is a good selection of different drying cycles and temperature combinations. It is aesthetically not bad looking, and is one of the largest capacity dryers I have ever seen. For the price, I can’t complain.

Wonderful machine so big and spacious and we have insignia tv for over 12 years so we decided to stay with smae brand

This is a FANTASTIC dryer! It’s a nice large capacity and gets things dry the first time. Very simple to use and even counts down to when it will be done!

The dryer is just okay. The top part is loose, as in you can lift it up. Its been that way since we got it. It doesn't always dry well. Sometimes more than one cycle is needed to dry even smaller loads.

We've had this dryer less than 2 years. Started making a loud noise while drying. Repair person found a nut loose, but also showed me all of the lint that had gotten past the lint filter. Definite fire hazard.

The drying sensor just messes up my life. My dryer is in the basement and the dryer shuts down because of this sensor but the clothes are never dry. I have to turn the machine on three or four times to have a really dry laundry. I'm very disappointed!

First, let me state that this dryer is everything I hoped for after looking at multiple dryers for the past year. I have had this Insignia 7.5 cu. ft. dryer since July 3, 2021, originally purchased on June 15, 2021. I love everything about the dryer. The sale price was great! I wanted a stainless steel drum, as I had previously. I also like the interior light. My old dryer light location afforded no protection and the bulb would only last a few days. The only problem with this new dryer, why I could not give 5 star rating, is the dryer I received was defective. The top of the cabinet does not match the bottom of the cabinet by an inch or more on the front, so I see the unfinished cabinet interior. Also when the drum turns, it has a thumping sound, whether loaded with clothes or totally empty. This one was "returned" on paper, on July 5, 2021, and repurchased. I was scheduled to receive a replacement yesterday, August 18, 2021. When I had not received an email or a phone call past the 12 o'clock delivery window starting time, I called the Best Buy Return Line. Unfortunately, I am now rescheduled until September 27, 2021, as the dryer is on backorder once again. Fortunately, Best Buy let me keep the defective dryer, so I have not been without a dryer the past 6 weeks, and will now wait an additional 6 weeks on the backordered replacement. Because of the problems with getting a replacement in a timely fashion, and quality control issues, I do not think, in good conscience, I could highly recommend BB to a friend for appliance purchases. I would recommend the Insignia dryer itself though. It is very easy to use the different cycles and settings, and it is quiet. This Insignia dryer appears to be a cousin to a European brand name. The cabinet and door are exactly the same. Time to go load clothes in this great dryer!!! Also, KUDOS to the Best Buy representatives that have been helping me through this journey!! They have been very kind!

Great item for the price would highly recommended, good price and value, easy to use and for the price is a great overall value, easy to use and is a nice size for drying any clothes or towels as the dryer is a very good value for the price and for the size, I recommend this dryer to anyone who is looking for a good economy dryer but yet looking for a nice quality product, thank you

Works great and great price. Bought for my daughter's 1st apartment. Fit in perfectly in laundry room. So far its been great. Sales person was great with helping us pick it out.

This dryer has everything that my family needs and the extra capacity for bedding and large loads. It is very easy to use and works great! I highly recommend it to someone who is on a budget and wants a great value for the money.

What a "monster"-but meant in a good way! Large drum and a great value. This is 50% bigger inside than old dryer. Very quiet and easy to use, Would recommend.

This is a very good dryer! I previously purchased a Samsung brand dryer, that broke down after only 1 year of use. However, this dryer seems to be able to handle the daily loads of washing that my very busy household demands. I love the light that comes on when opening the door to the unit. It makes my life a little easier, when washing and drying late at night, and I dont want to turn on the big light in my laundry room. It's very easy to set up and to use. I love it!

This dryer works great. It has a large capacity and simple to use controls, which are well designated. It has an interior light and many other features found on the more expensive name brands. It is well built, but only time will tell how long it will last. No different than any other brand.

Bought this oversized dryer. Huge capacity and multiple drying settings with a countdown timer. Does everything except load and unload itself. Also clothes and bedding comes out warm and not scorching hot. Nice features that people have yet to understand. Love the huge lent trap. This is a Best Buy for sure.

Haven't had this dryer long but as there are 5 of us using it, it has had a good workout so far. It has performed admirably! Clothes come out soft, fluffy and most important...dry!! It is quiet also. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a large capacity dependable dryer.
