The door seal is poor at best. I plugged the freezer in waited 1 day , filled the freezer with food. 1 week later I went to get some fish from the freezer and the entire inside of the freezer was covered in a inch and a half of frost. The was the first time I opened after filling it up. I would not recommend unless you're desperate like I was.. my other freezer died..

I was especially glad to see that "garage-ready" was added as one of its features since it will sit in my MN garage, although next to the interior wall of the house. The glass shelves are perfect for quick freezes. I only wish the manufacturer had added a handle for easier opening of the door!
