I liked the freezer, but after 8 months, I sold it for a larger one. I also realized that I needed frost free, an interior light and shelves on the door.

Bought this for my daughter. Nice size and fit what she was looking for. I am concerned about the glass shelves and how they will last over the years.

This is a great smaller size upright freezer that is a great value. So much better than a chest freezer having items in the bottom lost for the most part.

The freezer itself seems to be good, fits what we wanted in size and looks. The 3 stars are for the condition it was in. The first freezer had been dropped so hard the upper door hinge was bent at a 45 degree angle, the bottom of the door was buckled and the front and back corners were twisted. It had to have been dropped off the delivery truck more than once to cause that much damage. My son picked up the freezer for me in Bend Oregon, 130 miles from my home in the Willamette Valley. I did not discover the damage until I got home, so 260 miles wasted trip. I returned the freezer to Salem, OR Best Buy for a second one, and found it too had been dropped and severely damaged. Salem store ordered another one, but we found one sooner at the Springfield Oregon store. That made another 200 miles of driving to finally get it. It appeared to be OK, so brought it home and when leveling it, discovered it also had been dropped and the back roller mount was bent up a bit more than 3/8". We gave up at this point and kept this one, even though it was damaged. I could not afford another bunch of miles trying to get a different one...3 out of 3 were damaged, so the 4th would probably have been damaged also. My big complaint is that Best Buy is ultimately responsible for all the damages and it is rediculous for that many damaged units.
