I was excited to get this freezer but what's the point if I can't fill up the shelves to the capacity because one side of the glass shelves are floating. Horrible QC work. Are you kidding me? Who cut these glass pieces?! I need to return this or exchange it!

packaging was good but the rear corner was damaged and side. making continuous gurgling noises, water running noise and wont get cold.

It was great while it lasted and it didn’t last long. About a month then the compressor went out or something. All my food just went bad while I was at work on 10 hour shift. $200 worth and a deep freezer that lasted a month. I’m done with Best Buy. I was just starting to enjoy them. Now my freezer just cuts on and off randomly for short periods of time I will definitely call tomorrow.

Will exchange for another one... Mine came off centered and wiggling. It also has damage in the back near the compressor... Hopefully the second one will be better.

The shelves are glass and are smaller than the edges that hold the glass shelves and they keep falling down I’m scared to put anything in the freezer I wish I can return it I don’t recommend any one to buy this freezer it’s poorly made

Do not have this product delivered. It was delivered with scratches and dents. Product is working fine just cosmetic damages upon arrival. Paid for delivery and only to have product damage. Overall product works well, gets super cold fast.

Poor design. Glass shelves do not fit correctly besides the bottom shelf. Also has exposed wires. Took a risk buying because bestbuy didnt have a floor model to check. Wont ever buy anything insignia again.

The bottom of this unit was dented so that the foot doesnt sit on the floor properly. And the freezer isnt made properly. The front is wider than the back, so the shelves are only supported at 3 of 4 corners.

If I could give it zero stars, I would have. Next Buy loaded it. I strapped it down and transported it upright. It took 1/2 hour to unpackage it. I had it plugged in for 24 hours and it got down to 61 degrees.

It’s convenient but it’s not cool enough, all my food at 1st and 2 nd on the top, I had to throw it away because they’re melting. I just bought a couple of months. I already set maximum. I need to change another name or something else.

I purchased this deep freezer last week and just opened today just to find it in shambles! I read the reviews and thought there were more positive reviews than negative. There are missing parts (knob to control temperature settings) parts dangling like a rejected science project

Gets cold, some frost overall works great. Issue is the undersized glass shelves which have been a constant issue.

Brought home from the store, opened it up and the door fell off, control box hanging by the wires, knob on the floor and door bent beyond repair. Sad part is the box real didn’t show damage that would have done this. Packaged that way?

This came so damaged. My brand new freezer looks awful.

I was in the market for a budget friendly upright freezer that wasn't too big because I had limited amount of space where I wanted to put the freezer. After shopping around, this freezer caught my eye. I was skeptical at first, but for the price and size, I decided to take the chance. I've been using this freezer for a little while now and this freezer is definitely worth what I paid. It was super easy to setup, saved me alot of space, and is big enough inside for my needs. Also, this freezer is extremely cold. I have the temp setting a little under half way and there is still more room to increase if I need to. Hardware is supplied for you if you wish to change the direction of which the door swings open too, so I think that is pretty convenient. The only complaint I have is that when opening the freezer door, the suction is quite strong where freezer does tend to move a bit. From time to time, I do have to use 2 hands to open. But not a deal breaker for me. Overall, I would reccommend this upright freezer for its compact build and value for price!

Its damage all over body plus no working so cheap quality. I do not recommend.

It’s a great freezer. It does frost, so you’ll need to defrost it maybe once or twice a year. Not a big deal. It’s light, powerful, and pretty quiet as far as freezers go. I really like that the shelves are movable, and it keeps a VERY tight seal. It’s a great freezer. However, I have one qualm: the shelves are super loose. In fact, they are so loose that I’m worried they’ll break if I put too much weight on them and they tip. I’ll show you what I mean in the pictures. It looks like there’s a space for some kind of dowel or piece to rest the shelves on, but apparently nobody else has issues with this. I thought it was worth bringing up. Unless I am missing parts?

Compact and Easy to install. Keeps food frozen. Easy to organize. Very quiet. Clean lines and fits into tight spaces. Quality construction. Very happy with the price and ease of delivery. Best Buy Curbside is so easy to use. I am pleased with the customer service.
