It keeps my food frozen. I needed another freezer because the one for the refrigerator is very small. At least I know purchasing a warranty from Beat Buy means that it is a real warranty and not like other stores.

To our dissatisfaction, we found a nice dent in the front door while unboxing. We are beyond the return date... suggest others do a thorough inspection well in advance of any drop dead dates. Otherwise freezer works very well.
