The only drawback is that it makes super thick frost which can be difficult to navigate when items are behind it.

Replacement works fine

I returned it and got an exchange and so far the replacement is working just fine. I always buy my appliances at Best Buy because of their excellent customer service.

Upright freezer for the win

I bought my first one of these freezers 9 years ago, needed more freezer space, so I got a second!
