The only drawback is that it makes super thick frost which can be difficult to navigate when items are behind it.

I bought my first one of these freezers 9 years ago, needed more freezer space, so I got a second!

Handy size

It was easy to install with a much smaller footprint that a chest freezer of the same capacity. Though it says four shelves there is a little shelve ideal at the top for pizzas or other small items. I hope it gives me as long as service as my other freezer.

What we needed

We really needed a little extra freezer storage that we could keep in the garage. The upright freezer allows us to get to everything easier. I do wish it had a handle to make it easier to open.
