I knocked off a star because it makes strange gurgling noises when its running that my old freezer never made. I don't know if that is supposed to be normal or not, but it isn't loud so it doesn't bother me as long as it doesn't affect the operation of the freezer.

It does build up quite a bit of frost even though it's not at the higher setting. It will need to be defrosted eventually.

Only complaint is it can feel "sticky" to open because of how well it seals.
